Goods must be returned or exchanged within 15 days (postmarked) of receiving order or no refund or exchange will be granted. For returns, the customer will be refunded the price of the products minus all freight charges, unless product was damaged or incorrect size shipped. If you need to exchange an item, we will pay to ship the item back to you once received. We maintain the right to inspect returned merchandise to determine whether replacement or adjustment is valid. Be sure to inspect your merchandise. The merchandise left the factory in perfect condition. When returning or exchanging an item, please state the following: date of purchase, reason for return, or new size (if applicable). All returns must be shipped prepaid, no C.O.D. will be accepted. Any goods returned after the return policy date will be refused. DURING THE HOLIDAYS (NOVEMBER 23 - DECEMBER 31), OUR RETURN POLICY IS 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday - Thursday) unless otherwise specified. Our standard turn time for all products is 3 to 5 business days. Our business hours are 10:00-5:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following week. We are closed most major holidays and weekends. If an item is not in stock, we will try to notify you or ship as soon as the item arrives from the manufacturer. The total shipping time will depend on the order processing time and shipping preference.
Where do I send return or exchange merchandise?
If you need to return an item, please email us or login to your account for return authorization before returning an item. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of shipment to be accepted. After 15 days, we do not accept returns.
